Roadside stones play a very important role in decorating the external environment. Some factors can easily damage their internal structure, and in severe cases, they can decompose the stones, causing huge economic losses. The reasons for their damage are:
1. Installed in rainy or humid environments, curbstones, like other stones, have a porous internal structure and also have water absorption. When a large amount of water is absorbed, it will expand and pulverize under the action of water, ultimately leading to the occurrence of stone cracking.
2. During installation, the terrain was not well inspected, and it was directly installed on uneven ground, which can easily cause damage to the stone.
3. External reasons: When harder or heavier objects occur, they can cause the stone to crack.
4. The last point that we often encounter is the lack of corresponding cleaning work on the surface of road curbs, in order to clear the dust or fine sand particles on the surface, which can cause surface damage.
5. In daily maintenance, non neutral curing or cleaning agents are used. We all know that every type of stone is afraid of acidic substances. Once these acidic substances come into contact with the stone, they will react with the internal chemical components, and in severe cases, they will decompose and damage the internal structure.
